4 Habits to Create Inspired Action and Achieve Success in Life

These tools are best done first thing in the morning with no distractions, so commit some time for you, and get up an hour early than the family or before you go to work to create inspiration, master your mind and change your life – literally.

1.       Meditation

Meditation helps to reduce depression, anxiety, anger and confusion. It enhances the body’s immune system, increases your blood flow decreases your heart rate. It creates a sense of calm, peace and wellbeing, controls thoughts, increases energy, reduces stress, and allows you to receive insight and inspiration.  15 min or more

2.       Visualization

Creative visualization is a way to use your imagination to help you create whatever you want to happen in your life. There are three requirements for creative visualization to be fully effective, they are: 1. Desire  2. Belief  and  3. Acceptance.  To effectively visualize, think about what you most want to change? What emotions and feelings do you want to accompany this change? Then set your desired goal. Now, imagine what you want to happen. Imagine it unfolding as you want it to be. Take note of limiting feelings or thoughts that may appear, so that if you need to address them you can. Move into the feeling of your success and then start your day!  10 min or more

3.       Journaling

Journaling is a useful therapeutic tool that will help you to, gain clarity, feel calmer, solve problems, increase creativity, boost cognition, and track patterns of resistance. Journaling, zones in on your reactions and perceptions to events and situations in hopes of gaining clarity and making positive changes where necessary.  Journaling can help you interpret your soul where your thoughts and emotions roam free without fear of criticism. Journaling can be particularly helpful if you struggle with depression or anxiety as it helps to gain better control of emotions and we all know when we master our Minds, we Master our lives, right!  10min or more

4.       Exercise

Exercise and physical activity are a great way to feel better, boost your health and have fun, not to mention boosting your mood and improving your sex life. Aim for at least 150 minutes per week of moderate-intensity exercise, or 75 minutes per week of vigorous exercise. Exercise helps you to control weight, decreases your risk of cardiovascular diseases, boost your confidence and improve your self-esteem, create more energy, deepen your sleep, boost your sex life, connect with people. Exercise doesn’t need to be boring or even hard, with all the choices out there today from Cross Fit to Zumba all you need to do is find the thing that inspires you to health, get your heart rate up and have fun! 25 min or more.
