Are you facing forward or backward moving into 2018? Often we think we are facing forward, taking actions we feel necessary to reach our personal goals and ambitions in life, when actually our thoughts are sabotaging our efforts and keeping us facing backward.

When making change our lives or setting new goals for 2018 it’s important to work daily on facing forward. The number one culprit that gets us facing backward?

 REGRET: a feeling of sadness, repentance or disappointment over something that has happened or been done.

Look, were human, emotional bodies that’s guidance gets disturbed once in awhile by people, places and things that don’t fall into alignment with who we are or how we want to be treated. But if we hold our own value, rather than want others to, then we can more easily forgive and let go of those that don’t.

By forgiving and letting go we keep ourselves pointed in the right direction. Forward towards our present possibilities, free of negative emotions that keep us away from our inspired action. Living CARE-FREE truly brings a life free of needing care.

Let 2018 be your best year yet, focus on what inspires you, have patience as you grow your self esteem and confidence, and open your heart to all your personal possibilities: Let others be what they want to create, you don’t have to agree with their choices.  Turn your back on backward thinking and change IMPOSSIBLE to forward thinking : I’M POSSIBLE.
