Protect HOW You Feel - Not WHAT Your Feel

Most people try to protect their feelings from being hurt, but in doing so build wall around themselves. Instead be the master in HOW you feel rather than WHAT your feeling by relying on yourself to make yourself feel good. And always protect HOW you feel by being selective rather than defensive with the people and things in your environment.  Do waste time trying to change people, and don’t give up your power by letting them have an effect on how you feel. You do you, leave the rest to themselves.
